Chapman Medical Center's Outpatient Primary Health Care Center
ORANGE, Calif. In January 2004, Chapman Medical Center opened the Chapman Family Health Center to help improve access to basic medical care for residents of the local foothill communities such as Orange Hills, Orange Park Acres and other nearby Foothill communities.
The Chapman Family Health Center is an Outpatient Primary Health Care Center of Chapman Medical Center dedicated to serving the health care needs of the families within the local community. The Center is staffed by Board Certified physicians experienced in treating a variety of health conditions including: general family health (i.e., colds/flus, strains/sprains, bronchitis, earaches), chronic illnesses (i.e., diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, headaches), and internal medicine (i.e., check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations).
The physicians of the Chapman Family Health Center, located at 7630-B East Chapman Avenue in the Orange Village Canyon Plaza, are available by appointment or via walk-in Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
